That's all I wanted. Went here to obtain contacts for the first time for my twins. Ya'd think the title Manager comes with a tad bit of knowledge on what insurance pays.... NO not for this place. I had to inform him of the benefits. They provided services THEN tell me after the fact I am not covered due to a technicality. They charged me $79 for contact lens ""fitting"".... YET I don't get the contacts because they don't cover Toric lens (stigmatism) Well shoot ya'd think they would inform you of that BEFORE you agree to service, oh yea..that's the technicality. \r
NOW they requested lens from the insurance and billed them when I never recieved them. So not only did I have to pay for a service I was unaware of, I can't even get my re-embursement back from the insurance company because they show they provided them to this place. WHAT B.S. not to mention he was totally clueless I spent so much time waiting for him to submit the information needed just to get bills and get my other childs contacts. I will never return here. \r
The optometrist Tamika Williams, O.D. was friendly, knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner really connected with the kids. If she wants to stay in this business she really needs to find another job. DON'T GO HERE
