This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a gym membership. We paid on-time and fulfilled our contract, but had to deal with broken equipment and lies from management. Eric, the owner, is incompetent to say the least. We finished our contract in August, and I even sent in a letter in July that we were terming our membership. WE STILL GOT CHARGED IN SEPT. Now, I have to wait to get my refund because this place is a disaster. Thank goodness for the HAWC in Watertown, as we have never had issue there! Everyone knows that word-of-mouth is worth a lot...spread the word that Watertown Fitness STINKS!!!
