Certain people should not run a health club business 10/29/2009

Eric,\r Where did you learn about running a Health Club? From your Mother?\r \r I cannot begin to fathom how the health department hasn't shut you down . I know the member lady who joined when you opened and she tells me you have only CLEAEANED ONCE since you opened. I brought my own bottle of bleach ( it it stashed in one of your lockers) just so I could tolerate the facility. \r J christ are you so stupid or don't you just don't are. I know members have talked to you about the cleanliness of this place before (I could subpoena) but what kills me is that you act so stupid. I feel sorry for you. If you are disabled , I am sorry for holding you up to standards that I would commend my lab for maintaining. Pros: You are in Watertown Cons: I will only visit Watertown occasionally more

Watertown Fitness STINKS!!! 9/17/2009

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a gym membership. We paid on-time and fulfilled our contract, but had to deal with broken equipment and lies from management. Eric, the owner, is incompetent to say the least. We finished our contract in August, and I even sent in a letter in July that we were terming our membership. WE STILL GOT CHARGED IN SEPT. Now, I have to wait to get my refund because this place is a disaster. Thank goodness for the HAWC in Watertown, as we have never had issue there! Everyone knows that word-of-mouth is worth a lot...spread the word that Watertown Fitness STINKS!!! Cons: DON'T JOIN!!! more

Terrible Customer Service! 9/12/2009

I was not impressed with WF's equipment - it is not properly maintained and often broken. So, I cancelled my membership yet I continue to be charged. After finally getting a hold of someone, I was told that I must cancel in person. However, WF is only staffed from 10am-2pm M-F, during which I work. I've had major problems and do not recommend this company! Cons: Broken equipment, poor customer service, billing problems more

HORRIBLE SERVICE 8/4/2009

I have called and called to get the fax number to cancel my membership months ago, never got an answer. I have been paying for months on something I can't use. So I decided I'd try again, still during their hours stated on their answering machine they again NEVER answer! I CANNOT leave a message because their voicemail is FULL! This is very frusterating, I moved over an hour away! I can't drive up there for service! I highly reccomend you NEVER get a membership with them. more
