I ordered a Halloween costume for my stepdaughter in August, paid with a credit card. Kept calling their ""customer service"" number and they told me item was being shipped and to be patient. Called a week before Halloween and impossible to get through to a human being... no wonder, I'm sure everyone was calling about their orders!! Never received the costume, had to drive 50 miles to buy another and pay $75 more for it. What a waste of time... HORRIBLE COMPANY, cute clothing but enjoy looking at the clothing on the models because that is the only place you will ever see it!!
