Upscale but NOT uptight like some of the Charlotte salons. And like the Charlotte salons they offer massages, waxing, facials, manicures and pedicures, and great hair stylists. I have MEG cut and style my hair. First time I went she listened to what I wanted and helped me understand that because of how my hair grows and it's texture there are some things that it just won't do without a LOT of ""fussing"" with it on my part. I hate to ""fuss"" so I took Meg's suggestions and let her cut. Because of her knowledge of hair, styling, color, and product my hair looks and feels better than it ever has.
