I was in bad need of a new do and stylist. I went here on recommendation and saw Sarah who totally rocked my hair! Very reasonable too. I will be back and I normally bounce from salon to salon. more

I have been going to Imagez Salon for some time now and today I was impressed! The salon looked amazing and the staff was very prompt when people walked in. The salon has always looked good, however this time everything was in place and you can tell that they are working really hard to make a difference. Great job guys, keep up the good work. I know if I can tell a difference then other people can too. more

My hair has been so over processed by highlighting throughout the years and also dry and brittle from thyroid disease, I really thought I needed to get it all cut off to fix it. BUT, I went to Imagez to get something done and was totally AMAZED at how I left! I got a Keratin treatment and my hair felt brand new. I didn't have to get it cut short after all. I really should have done a ""before and after"" picture. I really did have amazingly soft, shiney hair! Still unbelievable. The stylist (Stephanie) took her sweet time on me and didn't rush me out the door. Customer service there is awesome! THANK YOU!!! more

I have been in many salons, but this one stands out among the rest by far! One of their master stylists, Bryan Hall, has been doing my hair now for a year and I have never been happier with my hair. It has been the best better hair cut, dye job and keratin treatment I have ever had. I always walk out looking fabulous! more

After years of having the same boring look, I finally decided to drastically change my cut and color. I was very apprehensive of who to trust with the task and after many reccomendations from friends Imagez Salon came up time and again. \r My appointment with Bryan was an exceptional experience! Not only did he make me look fantastic, I felt like a new and refreshed me by the time I left! My highlights and all over color came out perfectly and the cut is the best I've had in my life! At first I was looking for someplace close by my house...convenient and good.\r What I got was an amazing place that had the best employees that truly care about their customers. \r Not only is their service outstanding their expertise is top notch. Am I happy that such an outstanding salon is close to me?...absolutely! HOWEVER.....I would make a long drive to Imagez if I had to. There are still some places worth the drive and Imagez is definitely one of those places! more

I have had a couple appointments with Bryan and both times I have left soooo happy with what he has done to my hair. Recently he gave my son highlights and cut my daughters hair in the cutest bob style they were both very happy with the results! He made my 5 year old daughter feel like a big girl which made her day! I cant say enough about Bryan and his talent with hair! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! more

I went in looking to get an all-over color at my natural dark-blond and then have fresh highlights. I left the salon as a dark brunette. That night, the very expensive european hair color dye bled out of my hair - destroying my white bath towels and leaving me as a red head. The dark color continued to bleed for five washings.\r \r When I went in to get it corrected, I was told that hair color always runs, especially since I didn't use their expensive salon brand of shampoo! In 15 years of having color and highlights, I have NEVER had hair color run before; no one I know has ever had their hair color run!\r \r Their only solution was to do all over highlights to lighten up the dark hair and say that the red would fade in two weeks (or to strip - bleach - my hair of the dye and re-dye with a lighter color which I was not about to let them do). The highlights helped diffuse the too-dark color but were not done very well as I had ""roots"" showing and a couple of very obvious red spots remaining around my face. \r \r It has been two weeks and the red has not faded and I have received comments about needing to get my roots done on highlights that are 2 weeks old!\r \r I regret going here and will never go back. And I certainly do not recommend them to anyone!\r more

My stylist moved from Imagez so I went to Stephanie KNOWING that I was going to love it ! The salon is so friendly it's like a big FAMILY !!! I love my hair and enjoy the pampering I get when I go there !!! more

My daughter being so picky and tender headed she is can't wait until her next appointment with Stephanie! Having such fussy hair, Stephanie is the only stylist I have been able to find that actually cut her hair correctly and my daughter actually loves getting haircuts now that we found Imagez! We both get our hair done with Stephanie and would definately send friends and clients her way! The atmosphere is so friendly and relaxing! Great Job Imagez! Keep up the great job! more

I went to Imagez salon and spa to have the Keratin Complex done. I am hooked! My hair takes 10 minutes to style versus 45 and it is so silky and shiney. Parrish talked me through the whole process, and it turned out great! I love the staff at Imagez, they make you feel at home and are very friendly. I love the fact thatt they know what I want when I come in, and I always leave satisfied. more

I love love love Imagez Salon & Spa. I have had several services done there and have never been disappointed with the service or results! Stephanie is a Top Notch stylist and always knows exactly what I want! I walk out of there feeling like a Rock Star every time! I have a stack of her cards in my purse because people are always asking where I get my hair done :) They have great massage therapist, wow what a relaxing experience! I have my appointments all set up with Stephanie to get my hair done and an appointment with Stacey to get my mani and pedi for my vacation to FL in 2 weeks!! Stephanie gave me the best cut I've ever had. I regret deeply that we had to move 5 hrs away and have even considered driving just for that perfect cut. I was skeptical at trying a new place for the first time because it seemed like every where I went, I was very unhappy with the end result but a friend recommended me to Stephanie and I figured I knew what I could expect based on my past experiences. Needless to say, I was EXTREMELY happy with the job she did and have finally found someone who I can trust to do my hair and walk out with a smile on my face! Stephanie did a wonderful job listening to what I wanted. The salon was very clean and has a very soothing atmosphere. The other staff were very friendly to me and while I was getting my hair washed, I was talking about how I hurt my shoulder and the masseuse was cool enough to work it out for me while waiting for the next appointment. Stephanie will do your hair exactly how SHE wants it done - she didn't listen to a word I said about what I wanted. My hair cut is atrocious, I asked for a specific color range with my highlights and got something completely different. When I complained, she got a bad attitude, forced out an insincere apology, and acted like I'd done something wrong by having the nerve to complain. Never even offered a discount or refund. Beside that, the conversations that were being had while I was there were completely unprofessional, immature, and way too much information. Im done with Imagez salon. Unfortunately I really like my stylist Charity and hate to leave her, but the salon is unprofessional all other staff are rude and not helpful. I called salon 3 times over 2 days and no one picked up the phone. Another time I came in and was just left at the reception counter while whoever was there had to run out to there car to get something. I think the stylist rent their stations which means no one cares about you unless your their client, not a good system. Time to move on. Sorry Charity. Pros: Good stylist Cons: Unprofessional more

Everyone there went out of their way to make me comfortable - offered drinks, magazines, side table for my beverage, asked if temp inside salon was to my liking. The conversation was great and my hair looks fantastic/amazing. Price is comparable to other salons - it also smelled great and was very clean. I'm hooked! I don't have any hair... on my head ... but I have a ton of it on my back! In the summer months I head to ImageZ and they care of that problem fairly pain free, quickly, afford-ably, with nice conversation and a Dt. Mt. Dew to top it off! I am so happy I found Charity at Imagez Salon! Yesterday was the first time I stepped foot in Imagez Salon. I was nervous to get my hair cut and highlighted at a new place but was quickly put at ease as I began working with Charity. Her caring personality and excellent customer service skills made me feel as though I was at the right place. She patiently and attentively listened to my needs. Furthermore, she asked me several questions to make sure we were both on the same page. She is a true professional with a pleasant demeanor. I will definitely be coming back.
