Yesterday, Urgent Care paid me for the days I worked for through a friend. I am relieved and glad that they did as my family needed that. I'd like to extend my appreciation to them on that.\r

There was a miscommunication of sorts why this had dragged on but the only thing we wanted was the pay equivalent to the job done. Nothing more, nothing less. \r

Paul aired out his thoughts and feelings based on the urgency of our needs that were not addressed when we needed it. I sought for explanation from the agency but did not get any. He may have acted on his feelings which I have no control on. \r

I want to apologize for whatever inconvenience this situation may have brought onto Urgent Care. I can let go of the stress I have been through related to this situation. This issue can now be put to rest. \r

It is my fervent hope that this thing will not happen again to any one of us- to Urgent Care Nursing Registry as the employer, the caregivers/nurses in it, the clients who rely on the best nursing care that they deserve from them.\r
