The nurses and caregivers were polite, efficient and most importantly very caring to my grandmother.\r \r Staff always had 2 nurses on call whenver my grandmother needed her meds or needing help with her decatheteur. They made sure she wasn't bored there and kept me up on her progress, although it was deteriorating..they made her last days comfortable and happy. Pros: One of the better ones in Lake Forest more

They nurses worked wonders for my family.. I was stuck in traffic from LA and they were nice enough to comfort my dad and be there til i arrived and then take him to their facilities.. Extremely reasonable costs and great care of course.. Pros: Helpful and knowledgable more

My mom just got out of surgery from hospital and they immediately were able to get her in. I can't belive how nice they are and extremly patient and friendly in helping her with her meds and personal needs on a daily basis.. i willl definitely use them again.. Jona was great! Yesterday, Urgent Care paid me for the days I worked for through a friend. I am relieved and glad that they did as my family needed that. I'd like to extend my appreciation to them on that.\r \r There was a miscommunication of sorts why this had dragged on but the only thing we wanted was the pay equivalent to the job done. Nothing more, nothing less. \r \r Paul aired out his thoughts and feelings based on the urgency of our needs that were not addressed when we needed it. I sought for explanation from the agency but did not get any. He may have acted on his feelings which I have no control on. \r \r I want to apologize for whatever inconvenience this situation may have brought onto Urgent Care. I can let go of the stress I have been through related to this situation. This issue can now be put to rest. \r \r It is my fervent hope that this thing will not happen again to any one of us- to Urgent Care Nursing Registry as the employer, the caregivers/nurses in it, the clients who rely on the best nursing care that they deserve from them.\r \r more

Jona Lobaton-Roberts hire unlicensed people to pretend as nurses to her clients.In case you doubt this, IF you get someone from her agency, please ask for the license numbers/IDs. \r \r Worse, she does not pay them properly and on time. I should know, my girlfriend Darlene was one of them. Jonah is so unprofessional. Darlene was one of her ""victims"". Up til now Darlene has not been paid for the work she had done after 4 weeks and jonah does not want to talk to her. She hanged up the phone on my girlfriend twice. She denied facts, she did not listen.How good an employer can she be?!She exploits people. She cheats on her clients. \r \r How can you trust this Jona Lobaton-Roberts to handle your loved ones' care?\r \r Jonah, do you believe in karma? What you reap, you will sow. more

I question the owner integrity in taking care of seniors. One of the owners Jona Lobaton came to my office to request a paycheck under another name. I explained nicely that she was not athorized to get someone else's check, but proceeded to demand it. She did not even wanted to identify herself, how can you trust this person taking care of the elderly. more
