I recently purchased a PTO clutch for my Wright Stander that had went out and replaced it with a new one from Arnold's. It was an expensive part $382. I had it on my mower for 7 Days and it (the new clutch) went out again. \r
I took it in to them to get it sent back to the manufacturer and get a new one, remind you it was only 7 days since I purchased it. They refused to send it back even with my consent to pay for the shipping and thus they developed some Ponzi scheme of how it had went out, and told me that i was wrong and they would not return it. \r
It was the worst bunch of incompetent crooks I have ever done business with. Their attitudes there just reflects how their customer service is. Poor!\r
I know I will never give them one more cent of mine and I would encourage others who dont want to get ""hosed"" in some way now or later, to stay away as well.

Cons: Absolute Jerks- Crooks
