If you are a person who enjoys good customer service, or just want to know that your hard earned money is going to someone who treats you with common courtesy, then please I urge you to NOT take your business to westerfield cobblers. I am a local performer in downtown Denver and have been a customer of this cobbler for over five years. I brought in a new pair of dance shoes which came with optional rubber soles. The owner said if he ended up using my materials I would receive a discount. He did use them and when I asked about the discount he said he gave it. When I pointed out it was the same price as the last pair which required the same service he said that I talk to much and use to many words. He stated that when customers make to many requests or ask to many questions he blocks them out. Like white noise. This person can do with out your business.
