This company installed my Direct TV stuff in June 2009. I thought they did a fine job. I was confused about how to use the Direct TV system, but really, it would have take a couple of hours for the tech to sit down and go through EVERYTHING with me. That's why I have teenagers! I'm getting service installed in a new room in the next couple of weeks. I will update this review if anything changes.
Pros: Courteous, good installation job, prompt
