I wouldn't recommend purchasing any Chrysler product period, but if you've got your heart set on one, stay away from Ed Tomko Chrysler in Avon Lake, Ohio.
While their service people are qualified and even cordial, the who I can only assume is the son of the owner (same last name) is an absolute louse. Apparently he was trained at the corporate customer service seminars because his idea of customer service is lecturing the owner and talking over the owner in mid sentence. This guy wouldn't know good customer service if it bit him in his worthless you know. Do yourself a favor, do your family a favor, stay away from this dealership.
I can't stress this enough, if you want a Chrysler product, get it from somewhere else.
