Livingston appears to be a nice restaurant and on the surface has the right elements. (e.g. diverse menu, good location, and modern decor). The wine list was very lacking. The entire wine list was one page on a large font. Arugula salad was very good. Red Wine was served cold. (my glass was sweating on a not so hot day). Main course...don't even get me started. I had Gnocchi. First, there was barely any pasta. More cauliflower and white sauce. The gnocchi that was in the dish was about as big as end of my pinky finger and beyond mushy. It was soup with some sort of mush that I would have never known was mushy otherwise. Service was poor. We had to actually get up and ask for a soup spoons. Most of the bread was hard and cold....Cornbread was good. This place has got a lot of work to do. Prices would be fine if food lived up to it. Not the case.
Pros: arugula salad
Cons: marginal food and wine
