My husband and I had such an exciting time, just after one work out. Such a great concept in combining fitness w/ exciting events you see in the circus! You never stop to realize all of those events each take an incredible amount of core strength, which is what everyone needs more of. Core stability and body weight strength during training is all you need to promote weight loss, cardiovascular fitness and toning and to prevent injuries like low back pain that so many suffer from due to weak abdominals. Anyhow, we loved it and hope to incorporate it into our workour routine!
