A WORK OUT'S NEVER BEEN SO FUN 9/14/2009

My husband and I had such an exciting time, just after one work out. Such a great concept in combining fitness w/ exciting events you see in the circus! You never stop to realize all of those events each take an incredible amount of core strength, which is what everyone needs more of. Core stability and body weight strength during training is all you need to promote weight loss, cardiovascular fitness and toning and to prevent injuries like low back pain that so many suffer from due to weak abdominals. Anyhow, we loved it and hope to incorporate it into our workour routine! Pros: Unique and fun variety of fitness more

Wonderful place to play (even if you're not a kid) 9/14/2009

I love this place! When I first walked in and saw the equipment I was a little nervous, but it wasn't long before I was hanging upside down with a smile on my face. The staff is very knowledgeable and are very encouraging praising every baby step I made. They are also patient and very safe. I was guided through every move with a spotter which made it easier for me to let go of my fear. The other students were great too, smiles and ""great job""s everywhere. I can't tell you how much fun I had and what a workout! If you are looking for something new and exciting to try, are looking for a good workout, or just always dreamed of being in the circus (even for just one night a week) this school is for you! P.S. I love it so much I fly from Michigan every other month just to take classes! Pros: great exercise, and encouraging staff Cons: at some point I had to go home, lol more

Great class 9/14/2009

I can't think of a better way to get in shape - the students and instructors are fun to be around, the workout is challenging + dynamic + artistic, and as a hobby it's self-reinforcing because it's exciting and you're rewarded by being able to do new things each class. The instructors also are very encouraging, especially Blake. They have equipment for rings, trapeze, tight-rope walking, juggling, hand balances, spanish web (rope), silks (fabric), and lyra (hoop). I've also learned how to juggle, which is a fun skill to practice at home. This is far better than weight lifting. Not only is weight-lifting boring, but people are so stoic in gyms - we talk and have fun here! Also this class works on posture and flexibility, both of which can be lost while weight lifting. Pros: Encouraging instructors, lots of variety, it's unique + fun Cons: minimal more

I love the circus fitness classes 9/14/2009

When you walk in you are greeted by smiling happy faces. They offer many exciting lessons. I never thought I would get to swing on a trapese, climb the webb, walk a tight rope, etc... This class is fun, I get a great upper body work out and the people who attend are great. The instructors are very knowledgeable and understanding of your limits. I love it and highly recomend it to anyone. Pros: I've tried things I've always dreamed of trying Cons: None that I can think of more
