They had poor communication then when confronted about it, They didnt care. They sound good in the begining ,, but take advantage of you when you arent expecting it. Save yourself the headache, call someone else local. I thought using them as a local company they would take care of their neighbors. I was wrong. When you need towing and auto repair you need to be able to trust the people you are using. Russells is not trustworthy.
