Russell's Towing..above and beyond! 7/19/2011

Having been in the industry for many years, it was great to call a local business that could move a shed. While it took time and ingenuity to maneuver the dilapidated structure, Will took his time to make sure that it would move safely and in one piece. Couldn't have asked for a better company and individual to help us out...not to mention the cost was nearly one half of what other companies wanted to charge us and when I called someone had arrived within the estimated time....thank you again!! more

Aweful communication and customer service 9/30/2009

They had poor communication then when confronted about it, They didnt care. They sound good in the begining ,, but take advantage of you when you arent expecting it. Save yourself the headache, call someone else local. I thought using them as a local company they would take care of their neighbors. I was wrong. When you need towing and auto repair you need to be able to trust the people you are using. Russells is not trustworthy. Cons: If you want to be taken advantage of use them more
