First I called to ask if I needed reservations. Answer was an abrupt ""NO"" and then he hung up on me. So we show up and ask for a table, granted on First Friday. The hostess says thirty minute wait for a table for two. An hour and fifteen minutes later, we are lead to ""The Cave."" It's a basement with a few tables. It smells musty and quite disgusting. I ask the hostess if she's joking. She smirks and asks if we want to wait longer? Seriously who thought it was a good idea to have tables down in the basement. Voices echo, so dont try having a private conversation. The only good thing about being seated downstairs was the attentive waiter. I think he felt sorry for the unlucky bunch of us stashed down there like unwanted guests. To top it off, the food was not worth the wait.
Pros: Southtown Location is hip
Cons: So so food is not worth the wait.
