Hay anyone out there looking to put a fence up on your property- don't call Roark Fencing. When they initially came out to do the estimate we asked there representative Josh what did we need to do to get the ball rolling. He advised us that we did not have to do anything since the pins were already set to show the property line and they would take care of obtaining the permit with the city. Well several months down the road my neighbor had a survey done and informed us that our fence was over on his property line and that the pins were still present but evidently were not used as a guide. I began calling the company 2 months ago when the survey was done and we still have not recieved a return call. We have contacted the Business Bureau of Lexington Ky and still have not recieved a resolution. they were working on my street just today and my wife waved the truck down and had the workers to call the owner who was not interested in making the situation right or even interested in taking the time to look into it. He plainly stated to the worker that he would wait to see what the Business Bureau of Lexington Ky told him to do and that Josh had informed him that we had told him where to put the fence. This is poor business- they will not even return my call to fix a hole that is in the wood on the opposite side- my fence is not even a year old!!!
