I won't give the vet's name, but I certainly do not recommend taking your pet here. This office has misdiagnosed my chihuahua twice; she was losing her hair and constantly itching. First it was allergies to grass, and they recommended training her to go indoors on mats. When it continued, she was prescribed medication that made her sick, and disoriented. When it continued yet, we took her elsewhere, and it turns out, all she had was a minor case of fleas, but had sensitive skin, and all she needed was different flea shampoo! If they tell you your pet needs medication at this vet, get a second opinion!
