I've also tried to take my complaints to the BETTER B BUREAU - they are a huge joke. It seems as long as your paying the BBBureau they don't care that companies are dishonest in their dealings. I believe this company was a member of the BetterBusinessBureau before they sold out, now the new owner is dishonest and no one there even cares as long as they keep their dues $$$ coming! They won't do a thing about these thieves! I agree with the other writer---be very, very afraid!
