I had a horrible experience with this company. I called and told them I needed to tow my car to their shop. They told me that they close at 5, but I can drop the car off in front of the shop and drop my keys in the drop box, which I did. The next morning, I go to the shop, to see my car still in front where I towed it and a parking ticket on the car. Though annoyed, I continued to have them service my car. When I came to pick up my car the following morning, they told me that I have 2 tickets ($95) because they did not move my car. They refused to pay the tickets or deduct them from my bill. This is outrageous. I am hoping that this review will warn any future clients not to use this shop. They are horrible business people and refuse to take responsibility for their actions!
