To whom it may concern; My experience with this company was excellent. The people I dealt with, both over the phone, and with the actual serviceman that came to my location, were very polite and professional. They offered timely service and competitive pricing, and did not hesitate to show me all up to date insurances and license information. Not to mention, their completed work was beautiful. I feel like a sucker for using Harry and Leon. Either they are crooks or they don't have a clue about what they are doing. I will assume the latter. After a bad past experience with these guys (relating to me catching Harry in a lie or again giving the benefit of the doubt - a misunderstanding) I decided to give him one more chance. To make a long story short, I took the car in for problems running in the rain. After $1,000 they fixed everything except the root cause - a $100 wheel well cover! Not only that, but Harry tried to sell me $800 worth of motor mounts and transmission mounts that he said were broken. A couple of weeks later I took the car to the Ford Dealer who not only fixed the wheel well problem, but said there was nothing wrong with the mounts. What a surprise!!! more

I have been going to Electroleon for 16 years. In all that time I have never had anything but a wonderful experience. Leon and Harry are incredibly professional and they are fantastic at what they do. They are honest and fair. More than fair. They treat me like family and it makes visiting their shop a pleasure. I always know they will be completely upfront and honest about what work needs to be done on my car. I cannot imagine anyone receiving less than stellar customer service from them so the other review on here completely shocks me. I completely trust them and you will not have any issues if you bring your car to them for servicing. more

I had a horrible experience with this company. I called and told them I needed to tow my car to their shop. They told me that they close at 5, but I can drop the car off in front of the shop and drop my keys in the drop box, which I did. The next morning, I go to the shop, to see my car still in front where I towed it and a parking ticket on the car. Though annoyed, I continued to have them service my car. When I came to pick up my car the following morning, they told me that I have 2 tickets ($95) because they did not move my car. They refused to pay the tickets or deduct them from my bill. This is outrageous. I am hoping that this review will warn any future clients not to use this shop. They are horrible business people and refuse to take responsibility for their actions! Cons: Owners don't take responsibility for their errors more
