First , let me say I have eaten at Woody's for more than 10 years - never again. Last night as I walked in to Woody?s I just happened to look at my watch. It was a 5:15. I was seated and my order was taken immediately. I ate my salad and waited and waited. At 5:45 I waved my waiter down and asked if it would be much longer. I said ?I?ve been waiting 30 minutes.? He shouted ?You haven?t been here 30 minutes.? I started to speak and he again shouted at me ?You haven?t been here 30 minutes? and turned and left. The people at the table in front on me turned around and looked horrified that a customer would be spoken to in that manner. I said to them ?I guess I don?t have to eat here? and got up. I found the manager and told him. He said he would ?take care of it?. Then the waiter came up and said that I had been waiting for 30 minutes but it would be another 5 or 10 minutes.
