I think customer service is more important than price. The Refrigerator died. Within 2 hours Bob Miller sent out a tech, who pronounced the compressor DOA. Within 4 hours a 'loaner' Whirlpool arrived. No food was lost! When my custom replacement arrives in 2 weeks, they include setup and get the loaner back.
