Unhappy Customer 4/14/2011

Friendly when you first walk in. But have any problems with the appliance, and we have to wait for the manufacturer to reply, or pony up the resources. I get bettter response from Sears! Long ago lost the benefit of a family owned positive reputation. It is all about the Miller's pocket book. more

Bob Miller's Appliance Sales is A+ 8/22/2009

I think customer service is more important than price. The Refrigerator died. Within 2 hours Bob Miller sent out a tech, who pronounced the compressor DOA. Within 4 hours a 'loaner' Whirlpool arrived. No food was lost! When my custom replacement arrives in 2 weeks, they include setup and get the loaner back. Yes, I know it's cheaper at a Big-Box store or online, but the 'Value' of service is priceless!Read More more

Ok selection Great Service 11/29/2005

I went to Bob Millers for my refridgerator and did purchase one there. However you do pay a little more for their personal and professional service. The selection is smaller than the bigger chain stores but it was worth it. I would go there again for my other appliance needs. more
