Jeff was very professional and the quote was competetitive.
The installation was where the we had concerns because the installer chose to lay the carpet the opposite of what Jeff bid the seams show and are in the worst location you could have. The carpet was cut short in many places and there was glue left on the tile floor. The tile in the bathrooms was cut short and the caulking around the toilet is very poorly done.
Jeff did address all of the concerns but the same installer did the repairs and they were really not done perfectly.
We would use Cardinal Flooring again with the assurance that the same installer would not be involved.
