Our first visit turned into a tough one. Our dog is about 11 years old, and we took him in to have his teeth cleaned and to get caught up on his shots. They were going to have to keep him through the day b/c they had to anesthetize him since his teeth were so bad. We got a call about an hour before we were supposed to pick him up. They told us he had not responded well to the anesthesia and they wanted to keep him overnight for observation. We probably called them 4-5 times throughout the day to check up on him and they were never rude and they always knew just how he was doing. When I called for the last time (20 minutes after business hours) the vet answered and I appologized for calling so much. He said to me, ""Of course you're calling, he's your baby and you're worried"". They had someone call us the next morning half an hour before they opened to tell us he was doing great and we could come get him before the start of business. \r

All of our dealings with this vet and his employees have been as stress free and informational as anyone could want. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to take care of their baby.
