I bought two BEST recliner chairs from Fred Smith Furniture in Fayetteville. After 6 mos, before the one year warranty was up, one of the recliners began to look matted and slick in place causing the chair to look old and worn. After complaining to Fred Smith Furniture, they picked up the chair for the Rep from Best Furniture to inspect. After several weeks of them holding the chair, I was notified by Fred Smith Furniture that Best did not see anything wrong with the chair and therefore, there was nothing they could do about my chair. I then contacted Best directly via e-mail and after several exchanges of e-mail, I received a letter from Best Furniture stating there was nothing they were willing to do for me. I would not recommend purchasing fabric furniture produced by BEST Furniture and I will never purchase from Fred Smith Furniture in Fayetteville since they did not offer customer satisfaction.
