Overall Experience – Unimpressed. They agreed to do two repairs. One was done well. The other turned out to be more difficult than expected, and in my opinion, they took the easy way out. I ended up paying for a thermostat which was not needed after all. It still sits in its box. Part of the follow-up included a no call-no show for a scheduled appointment. Their motto on an advertisement is If It Matters to You It Matters to Us. I found their claim to be less than true. I will not use them again.
