Great Experience! 12/9/2009

We found Handyman Matters to be extremely professional with very high work ethics. Bill was able to build a beautiful mantel over our fireplace. Bill's skills as a carpenter was beyond our expectations. We were very pleased with the results and will use Handyman Matters again for any problem that arises in our home. We will also recommend them to our family and friends. Good Job! more

Overall Experience – Unimpressed. They agreed to do two repairs. One was done well. The other turned out to be more difficult than expected, and in my opinion, they took the easy way out. I ended up paying for a thermostat which was not needed after all. It still sits in its box. Part of the follow-up included a no call-no show for a scheduled appointment. Their motto on an advertisement is If It Matters to You It Matters to Us. I found their claim to be less than true. I will not use them again.
