I am a new customer to Flirtcatalog so I don't much about the company before June 2009. All I know is that they have a GREAT customer service and I love their clothes. I had a question about my order and I emailed customer service. They replied to me within a hour!! that's super fast. i often order online and I rarely get a reply by email, so I was very impressed with the response time. They also upgraded my shipping to second day!
