First off, your experience normally starts with you walking in and being ""greeted"" by some young ditz covered with tats/piercings. Then you're either 1 or 2 things: 1. rushed by a person(s) trying to sell you something/anything in the shortest period humanly possible or 2. Ignored by same staff even when standing at the counter trying to get help. They sold us a used amp then AFTER WE PAID told us we couldn't pick it up for 30 days???? Nice, have stuff on the floor to sell before you'll let it leave the store. Also, upon looking at receipt (which is your pick up ticket for 30 days later), we noticed the Model & Serial #s were totally wrong and upon pointing said fact out we were dressed down by 2 employees about how ""it doesn't matter""...yeah right, like I'm going to trust their word that a month later we'll get the correct item or that they'll even still be working there. Long story short they finally pen-and-inked the info on one of our receipts. We also bought a guitar the same day and they didn't give us any paperwork (warranty card, box, manufacturer instructions etc), nor did they give us the wammy bar for it. Had to make another trip to the store to get the wammy. 30 days later I return to pick up amp and stand at the counter for 15 minutes before being acknowledged, then the guy that was ""helping"" me takes off, comes back (with another customer), and leaves me hanging standing there. Another 10 min goes by and the 2nd dude at the counter decides to help me. Then there's a big cluster about the serial number not matching the store's system (like I care/like it's my problem). This place is a chain store that's at best, staffed and managed by ""slacker"" type kids and is set up to operate like a car dealership. It's a good place to look at product but if you need personal attention from knowledgeable staff that will take the time to answer all questions you have/treat you like a valued customer you'll need to check out one of the smaller shops around the valley. Also, almost forgot to mention they never even had the basic courtesy of saying ""thank you"" for the purchases I made.
