Dropped off 2 pairs of high heeled shoes because the heel nail was beginning to wear through. Was told I would receive a call when complete within 1 week. Two weeks went by, I called and was told they were ready. The heels they put on were not even shaped the same as the heel, so it looked like they stuck a black Lego on a ""D"" shaped heel. They didn't buff the shoes. Within one week of the repair, the right heel is loose and falling off causing me to stumble. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Cons: Terrible repair, terrible service--do they hire ex-cons?
