I was calling the Orland Park location from my cell phone at my house to see if they had something in stock so as to not waste my time. I sat on hold for about 20 minutes before hanging up and calling again. Low and behold was on hold forever again... so I decided to drive there while on hold to see what would have taken the shortest amount of time. Sadly enough I drove there on hold saw they had what I was looking for and left still on hold. Amazing how hard it is for a company to pick up a phone and answer some simple questions. I decided to go across the street to purchase it instead. BEST BUY needs to have a meeting on how to pay attention to the potential customers looking for answers over the phone. Cons: Can't provide good customer service. more
