Worst possible service ever! 8/3/2009

I was calling the Orland Park location from my cell phone at my house to see if they had something in stock so as to not waste my time. I sat on hold for about 20 minutes before hanging up and calling again. Low and behold was on hold forever again... so I decided to drive there while on hold to see what would have taken the shortest amount of time. Sadly enough I drove there on hold saw they had what I was looking for and left still on hold. Amazing how hard it is for a company to pick up a phone and answer some simple questions. I decided to go across the street to purchase it instead. BEST BUY needs to have a meeting on how to pay attention to the potential customers looking for answers over the phone. Cons: Can't provide good customer service. more

'Worst' Buy's Bad Service 11/21/2008

As we were checking out, the sales associate told us that their checking service had refused our check with no explanation as to why/how it had happened. So we left our items at the register and walked out the door and drove to Circuit City. We found a better laptop at lower price along with a package deal including a wireless router and all-in-one printer. The sales associate who helped us out immediately informed us of the rebate offers which saved us even more money. In conclusion, so long "Worst' Buy"!! more

Good Deals 8/5/2005

Better deals then expected very competative to Discount shopping and electronics. Not to far to travel, plenty of help and variety of Services as well as well as nice COmputer Systems and Hardware software and perephials. Would shop again if I was comparison I wouold seek Best Buy again. PROS: Close CONS: Crowds more
