My 10 year old daughter bought a Lester doll from the website. When it arrived she was very disappointed it didn't have the features in the online ad. I called the store and they apologized and said it was a web error that some information was left off. I said she'd like to return it. They said fine, but no shipping refund and a 10% restocking fee. Even though they admitted it was an error on their part, they claimed store policy was store policy. So now a 10 year old girl is out close to $20 for THEIR admitted mistake. Thanks for ripping off a 10 year old girl Aaron Frankel, you clearly don't care about customers and I hope people realize this and shop somewhere else!
Cons: Poor customer service, they flat out don't care...
