Well it was not exactly free, but it was a great deal. On Monday I called 3 or 4 other companys asking when they could get out to fix my air conditioner because it was soooo muggggy and hottt and my a/c was not working. Every company I called said tha tthey wouldnt be able to get anyone out to look at my a/c until at least Thursday or Friday. Gillece promised same day service so I booked it. Around 7 pm Monday the dispatcher called to say that they needed to reschedule me for the next day. I was not tooo happy about that since I had waited around all day but they assured me that they would be out first thing Tuesday morning and that since I had to be rescheduled that my call would be done for free. I was skeptical but the next morning they had me set as the first call and they showed up at my door at 730 in the morning. The service man Ron was so polite and knoledgeable. He figured out that all that I needed was a capacitator, installed a new one and the A/C kicked on immediately and started making cold air Thank God!! The best part is tha tthe only thing that they charged me for was their cost for the part which was 13.88. Overall a great experience (aside fromthe rescheduling) and Ron was great. I highly recommend them, and not just because I got the free service, they really live up to their promise of free service.
Pros: Air conditioner fixed for only $14
Cons: Had to be rescheduled in muggy heat :-(
