Sewage line replacement 4/14/2015

Adam and Tom were both professional and courteous, as were the others we had contact with, Harvey, Tim, and Bob. The job was started and finished in a timely manner. Saved the Day 2/6/2015

Many Thanks to Gillece and Adam Larson who were able to save the day when my 4 year old son flushed a "ball" down my toilet. For only $93, I avoided a major plumbing issue. Thanks so much for the professionalism, expertise, and friendly service. I would definitely recommend! :-) more

Requested sewer line check from house to street. Approximately 50 ft. total. When camera was inserted to inspect line I was told couldn't go past the trap outside the foundation. Next was suggested have to dig up the system to replace all pipe. approximate estimate neighborhood of $10,000. Very nice man, neat appearance, pleasant to talk with. Thanked him for his time would make a decision soon.. Second opinion--camera inserted length of sewer--roots identified---cut out--flushed--recamera---functioning sewer line minute damage to pipe??? Bill=$490---even scrubbed the floor area.... more

Our technician, Adam C., listened to all of our concerns, listed and carefully explained numerous solution options, and was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He addressed and resolved our plumbing issues very quickly and thoroughly. I will call Gillece again if we have another plumbing issue. more

Gillece Furnace and AC Installation 12/7/2014

I needed a new furnace and AC, and called Gillece. First impression was excellent with Ron H as he was very helpful and came to solutions very quickly. Through the entire process, I have been pleased with the company's professionalism, design work of the system, and installation. I have nothing but good things to recommend about the service that was provided. I would consider the price to be higher than what I expected, but I also say they run their company like a well run business with excellent coverage and support throughout the night. Called Friday morning from the edge of Gillece services area and Jay was there within a few hours ready to get the job done with minimal fuss. He found the problem with the electricity and solved it within 40 minutes. Job well done. more

Central Air Problem 9/5/2014

I was pleased with Chris' service effort and explanation, however, a sales manager also stopped by during Chris' call and his only solution was to push a new furnace/new ac unit for $9500, but if i signed at 8 pm that night the price magically reduces to $8500. Several parts concerns were noted with my current unit and the quoted pricing was unreasonably high. In my opinion, the exorbitant pricing was given to push me toward purchasing a new unit. I checked parts pricing using the existing part numbers and a 30 dollar condensor run/start capacitor was quoted to me with service at $470. This was my first interaction with Gillece and will be my last. more

I got the 10 outlet special for $49 7/18/2014

There were no hidden fees. The technician came by (extremly nice and helpful by the way) fixed my outlets and switches as needed. total came to $49 as quoted. really appreciate the service. more

Great Service 7/16/2014

Was able to schedule a service call same day and the Gillece van was in my driveway 45 minutes later. Ron H. is a really nice guy - came in, very quickly diagnosed the problem and had me back up and running in less than half an hour. From the phone operator down the line, everyone was super nice and very efficient. Very knowledgeable and fast. Great experience. more
