This place seems quaint and clean on the outside but until you go 2 or 3 times, you will see for yourself how frustrating, disrespectful the crew is. No one that works there posesses the mental capacity to understand the concept of forming a line. Therefore, the low class customers that also crowd the place cut the line and the staff doesn't care. Don't think they change staff any time soon because I have seen the same familiar faces for several years. The ice cream tastes like it came off of a truck in Camden and its expensive! The toppings are stale. The cakes are also pricey and taste and feel as though they have been stored in a freezer for a month. Carvel and Cold Stone are much better places. You will actually find fresh cakes and goodies there. I had the last straw today when the place was practically empty and some still managed to place their order. I am never patronizing Mark's again and I plan to spread the word as much as possible.
