We love VonGeertsem Butcher Shop! The Service was Excellent . The owner is super friendly and took the time to explain the proper cooking techniques and the different cuts and options we had . I have eaten at the best steakhouses in Dallas and I never thought that the best steak I'd ever eaten would be made on my own grill. I have never had anything so perfectly tender. I followed his cooling instructions and it came out perfect. We Live in Oak Cliff and I don't mind driving all the way over to Oak Lawn for this place. I am sure we will be back a lot.
