The owner, Dawn, is wonderful, but her seamstress, is often rude, forgetful, and complains when she has to alter a dress for people are over overweight. She makes those of us who are overweight feel ashamed, because she's clearly inconvenienced by larger than average bodies, and she lets you know it.
She also misquotes prices, and seems generally irritated much of the time. Customer service is we absolute weakness, which is a shame, since something as personal as alterations and fittings require a considerable amount of contact with the customer. I will not go back there.
