I purchased a 2008 Mercedes S550 for about $70,000.00 from this dealer on a Friday, the sales person was really nice and willing to show me the car. When I completed the test drive everything looked good on the car, I only noticed the low gasoline warning light on ... After we agreed to a price I gave them $7000.00 as a down payment. Thinking I could take the car home, I signed all of the purchase papers, after this they told me I would get called when the bank approved the loan application. I have purchased many cars, and this was the first time this happened. Larger dealers can tell you if you are qualified, or not right away. I waited a few hours and called back. I was told that if I wanted to take the car home on that day, they would give it to me if I gave them $6000.00 more for down payment even if I was not approved by a bank yet, or I could wait until Monday to pick up my new car. I proceeded to give them my credit card to charge the $6000.00 they said that for the credit card they would charge me a additional 3% on the $6000.00. By then I only wanted to get my car or my money, and get out of there forever. I paid the extra money and went back to pick up the car. When I received the car It had only one key, a floor mat and the manual books were missing and the gas tank was still empty. when I asked for the floor mat, the key, and manual books, they took the floor mat from another car on display (Have the next victim deal with it) and they offer to SELL me the spare key and manual book at the discounted price of $250.00 for the key and $60.00 for the manual ? CASH only please. I was also charged $1150.00 for the DMV fees on my contract. As of now I have only received a $830.00 bill from the DMV for these fees. In the future I will only deal with larger and more professional dealer establishments. I recommend that you do the same
Pros: Nice cars
Cons: Once you sign you screwed
