I am the owner of Kings Tux. The slanderous reviews written in August of 2008 are all from the same wedding party instigated by the groom. The majority of his/their accusations are false and/or exaggerated. We return all phone calls in a timely manor. At times if we are busy helping customers we give priority to them as to answering the phone. In this event we return calls at our next available moment. This is spoken on our voice mail message. We correct all sizing errors regardless of whether we made the mistake or another tuxedo shop did, as some of our customers are from out of state or in other distant cities and have their measurements taken from a competitor shop. This is the industry norm and we all do it as a courtesy for each other. The ?quality? of our tuxedos is the finest in the industry and our prices are lower or the same as our competition dependant on the tuxedo; this is a fact and not an opinion. We offer what we call a ?Final Fitting? two to three days prior to a wedding or special event so at that time if a garment doesn?t fit properly we have adequate time to correct it, this includes a button falling off(it takes five minutes to repair).
