I am the owner of Kings Tux. The slanderous reviews written in August of 2008 are all from the same wedding party instigated by the groom. The majority of his/their accusations are false and/or exaggerated. We return all phone calls in a timely manor. At times if we are busy helping customers we give priority to them as to answering the phone. In this event we return calls at our next available moment. This is spoken on our voice mail message. We correct all sizing errors regardless of whether we made the mistake or another tuxedo shop did, as some of our customers are from out of state or in other distant cities and have their measurements taken from a competitor shop. This is the industry norm and we all do it as a courtesy for each other. The ?quality? of our tuxedos is the finest in the industry and our prices are lower or the same as our competition dependant on the tuxedo; this is a fact and not an opinion. We offer what we call a ?Final Fitting? two to three days prior to a wedding or special event so at that time if a garment doesn?t fit properly we have adequate time to correct it, this includes a button falling off(it takes five minutes to repair). more

My husband and I made an appointment to be measured for his tuxedo after our son already paid for all the tuxedos for the members of his wedding party. When we went to King's Tux, no one was there, despite the fact that we had a confirmed appointment. Repeated phone calls to the business phone number were unanswered. Thus I went online where I saw four negative reviews. I was more than a bit concerned. Pros: Had the tux in the color and style needed for everyone Cons: Only one location, not convenient more

Well, if you are expecting to have quality customer service and prompt, accurate results, this place is not for you. I had a destination wedding, and used this place because they were the only place I could find that had the color tux that we needed. Now, the tuxes looked good when I tried them on, but when we actually got them... awful. Poor quality, things popped off, stuff didn't fit, etc. Now, I know that buttons falling off isn't King's Tux fault, but it is. They know the quality and still choose to use the supplier. They must bring in a good profit per tux because the quality was awful and the supplier can't charge that much for such poor quality. King's Tux is THE LAST place I would ever recommend anyone go for a tuxedo rental. Luckily enough I was not actually in my friend's wedding, but his experience was so terrible that it affected every one of his friends. 3 of the tuxes were sized incorrectly in a wedding party of 7. Pants had to be hemmed and new size jackets ordered and shipped next day air because it was a destination wedding like the two gentlemen above. I had to sit there and watch my friend, who was getting married the next day, call them over and over to have them overnight the correct items. He never answered the phone, and only 3-4 hours later, after about 7 or 8 messages did he finally return the calls. And then he claimed that none of it was his fault much like the two other reviewers said. The tuxes were way too expensive ($180.00) and one of the groomsmen along with the groom both had buttons that popped off, while the jackets were unbuttoned! The owner never answered his phone and would not call back for hours. Since this was a destination wedding the need for open communication was a must. Also there were two pairs of pants that had to be hemmed because they were 2+ inches too long. And a jacket (44 Regular) was sent for a man well over 6 feet 6 inches whose measurements clearly indicated 52 Long! Not at all what you would expect for that kind of money. Pros: None!
