Required 50% up front before any work was done. That should have been my clue that I didn't need to do business with this company. Didn't lay the sod properlu according to other professional landscapers. Most of the sod is dead. Instead of working with me he is prepared to go to court. He says I didn't water enough but we had a $100 water bill several months in a row. Didn't pull up the old grass and weeds so weeds are taking over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
