I had been using this car wash for years. I took my Maserati in for the $90 detail, when I returned the passenger window was half way up and the attendants said they didn't know what happened. Upon closer inspection it was clear to see, that they tried to force the switch and broke it. They said no problem, get it fixed and bring in receipt. After 3 weeks waiting to get the part and not use my car, i returned, Their position was that the switch broke do to wear n tear, wow only 20k miles on the car. After numerous calls to the office asking for the owner to call, ""maybe his insurance would cover the damage or at worst maybe car wash credit"", after being hung up on , I was told to go ahead and call a lawyer. Wow, not what i was looking for , I have lived in this canyon since 1977 and I couldn't believe the outright NASTY treatment, "" they refused to even show me there business license!!!! All i can say to my neighbors is BEWARE OF CANYON AUTO WASH more
