Training with Aleksandra has been fantastic. As a former athlete, i was stuck doing the same routine for years and over time lost motivation to work out every day. I was in a horrible Moto accident that shattered my right knee and broke both of my ankles. I was unable to work out for almost six months. I lost my will to keep healthy and gained over 30 lbs. Since I have met Aleksandra, i have lost 20 lbs. and she makes every workout different and very challenging. I often try to guess what she could possible come up with the following week, which really gets me excited to excercise, and has made me love ""the burn"" again. I don't know what I would do without her.
Pros: Exciting Workouts with great results
Cons: My muscles burn after every workout... i love it!
