Several of the rather few people whom I consider true friends are very successful and talented real estate agents in Houston. As such, choosing an agent to represent me is not an easy matter. When it gets down to it, the person with whom I feel the most comfortable discussing my financial situation, my specific desires and situation, and also the person whom I think will work for me the best, and not just try to get me to buy a house so that he'll get a commission...is Richard.
