I decided to use Healthy Home Heating & Cooling because they are local. I had a tight deadline and they were very accommodating.
My experience with them was excellent. I worked with Russ, who explained everything to me very clearly. He replaced the heat exchanger and did all of the work for the warranty on the part, so that I did not have to do anything.
He also was very quick in doing the work. In fact, he did it the morning after I called them.
I did not get any other estimates so I can only say that the pricing seemed average. My realtor said it did not seem to be high.
I would definitely recommend Healthy Home. I thought they were very fair in giving me options and not pushing me either way to do one thing or another.
